Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Exchange:

1.1 Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, and falls under the exchange applicable criteria, please contact our customer support within 24hrs of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the product. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will offer you a replacement of the same product, subject to availability.

1.2 Incorrect Products: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact our customer support within 24hrs of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect product. Once we receive the returned item and verify the error, we will offer you a replacement with the correct product.

  1. Non Eligibility for Exchange:

2.1 Handmade Products: Kindly read the specifications mentioned against each product while placing your order on our website. We take extra care during packaging to make sure there won't be any damages from our side. We have a No Exchange policy for handmade products. In case of minute damages during logistics we will have our damage repair team sent over to your place to fix it and the costs will be handled by Ivaah Home LLP. 

  1. Exchange Procedure:

3.1 Contact Us:To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support at support@ivaahhome.com or +91 9000306967. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant details.

3.2 Return Authorization: Once we verify your eligibility for an exchange, we will issue a return authorization and provide instructions for returning the product. Please follow the provided instructions to ensure a smooth exchange process.

3.3 Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs for the item being exchanged. Please package the product securely to prevent damage during transit.

3.4 Exchange Processing: Upon receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition, we will process the exchange. If the replacement product is available, we will ship it to you. If the replacement product is out of stock, we will offer an alternative product or provide a refund for the original purchase amount.

  1. Exclusions:

Please note that certain items are not eligible for exchange, the details of the same are mentioned against every product available on our website. We still request you to clarify further incase of further doubts.
