• Bone Inlay furniture has a porous surface, furniture in high-use should be well maintained to avoid staining.
• Do not place hot times directly on the surface.
• Images might vary slightly n terms of pattern.and colour as it is a handmade product and is a part of the making process, the actual product will be mildly to moderately variant from the product displayed in terms of colour due to individual device configurations and screen settings.

In Case of Damage: In case of concealed damage (damage that
becomes apparent only after opening the packaging, incase of unvailabitity
during delivery), please contact our customer support team within 3-4 hrs hours
of receiving your order, please take clear photographs of the damaged item,
including the packaging.Our team will assess the damage and provide
instructions on the next steps if applicable.

Made-to-Order Items: This product is made to order and
specifically tailored to your preferences, therefore is  not eligible for returns or exchanges. We
craft each item with meticulous attention to detail to ensure it meets your

Inspection Upon Delivery:We strongly recommend that you inspect your order in the presence of the delivery personnel. It is essential to check the packaging and contents thoroughly before accepting the delivery. Please follow the steps outlined below.

a. Our delivery person would call you prior to delivery to check your availability for delivery.

b.. Do not accept and return the package to the delivery personal immediately if the product packaging is visibly damaged from outside.

c.We recommend you open the package in front of the delivery personel only and check the product thoroughly.

d. Kindly note that we are not responsible for any concealed damages if you do not check the product thorougly before the delivery personal and our damage policy wont imply in such cases.
